Fill out a form on our website, facebook, google, email us, or call us to get a free quote on your upcoming move. We will respond within 24 hours!

Introduction
After getting the request for a free quote we will reach out within 24 hours to discuss your move. We will get a rough estimate of what moving day will look like and then our team will send you a non-binding estimate of what it will cost based on the introductory conversation. We will then set up a day and time for an inventory walk-through.

Inventory Walk Through
On the day of the inventory walk-through, one of our team members will be doing a detailed walk of the property to get an exact inventory of what will be moved on moving day. This will give us a much better idea of how long the move will take, how much the inventory will weigh, and any materials that will be needed. It will help us write up a more accurate final quote for you.

Final Quote
After looking over the inventory list we will get you a final quote within 24 hours. This quote will show the estimated time of labor, the flat transportation fee ( If Needed), and any materials that will be needed for the move. After receiving and accepting the final quote we do require a deposit of $100 to lock you into our calendar. This deposit is taken off the final price and is refundable up to 48 hours before the move.

Moving Day
On moving day we will show up to the house 15 minutes early. This gives us time to introduce our team and get set up. The time of labor does not start until we pick up your first item and then the time stops when the last item is loaded. We do not charge hourly while driving from A to B. The timer then starts when the first item is taken out of the truck and stops when the last item is placed into the home.

Win-Win!
After everything is in the new home, we do a final walk-through of the new property to make sure everything is where you want it and to ensure we did not miss anything. After we know you are 110% pleased we collect payment. It is a Win-Win for everyone!
